Our main goal for the GirlCrew Camps is to create another avenue of access to the outdoors for women beyond the festivals that is more intimate and focused more on developing technical skills and improving your climbing (while hanging out with a group of women and checking out a climbing area.) We will hold seasonal camps (winter, spring, summer and fall) in various climbing destinations throughout the US that are 5-6 days long and all inclusive (lodging, food, guides, coaches). The goal is to have 2 sessions per season (one beginner, one intermediate/advanced).

Each camp will be custom made for the climbing destination and it’s various amenities but each camp COULD include:
  • workshops such as yoga for climbing, training, preventing injuries, climbing tips and technique
  • guides and coaching at the crag
  • discussions around women in climbing
  • stewardship conversations, presentation from local climbing organization and small stewardship project
  • open time for hanging out, climbing and developing relationships with one another
