REGISTRATION

The registration cost for the weekend is $120 but we have also created an option to pay $145 if you are able and willing. We strongly believe in keeping the festival affordable so that women of all situations who love climbing can attend. We use a “pay more if you can” model. If you feel that you can afford the higher price and would like to help offset the costs for other participants, please select the “Superwomen” option during registration. Thank you!

Registration this year will open in two waves on two separate days. We have sold out of our first wave of tickets. The second (and last) wave will open on Saturday, August 3rd at noon EST. Each wave will have 140 tickets available. Please, visit our Eventbrite page to register. 

SCHOLARSHIPS

We’re thrilled to be able to offer, for the first time, TEN scholarships to the Women’s Climbing Festival taking place October 25-27, 2019. Each scholarship recipient will be receiving a ticket the Women’s Climbing Festival in Chattanooga as well as a $250 travel stipend (if needed).
We will be prioritizing women and folks of underrepresented genders who are working to make climbing a more diverse space. We will also be taking financial need into consideration. We strongly encouraged women of color, LGBTQ+ and indigenous women to apply. We will be taking the first 150 responses and application submissions close on August 5th or sooner if we reach our max. ACCESSIBILITY

Throughout the weekend we will be hosted by two venues. Please, see their accessibility information below.

  • The Crash Pad Hostel – The entire lower level of the hostel is accessible including a handicap stall in each bathroom and a seat in the shower. The gravel lot does have a paved handicap stall with a paved sidewalk to the front door. The outdoor pavilion where we will be having our festivities is gravel. Service dogs are allowed.
  • High Point Riverside Gym – The gym is a standalone building with a gravel lot. Our outdoor programming on Saturday will be in the gravel lot. The two handicapped parking spots are paved to the sidewalk leading to the front door. There is a handicap stall in both the men’s and women’s restroom. Service dogs are allowed while emotional support and therapy dogs are not.
