Flash Foxy’s Knots, Hitches and Bends course is great for everyone from first-timers to experienced indoor climbers and new outdoor climbers. It’s also great for anyone who wants to learn about climbing safety and gain a better understanding of tools that can be used to manage risk when climbing outdoors. We’ll go over common climbing materials (rope, cordelette, slings) and sample ways that we can connect them to each other, ourselves and fixed features. No experience required!

This course will take place indoors at the Arc’teryx Flatiron store in NYC.
