EVENING yoga - Yinyasa nidra

Next, transitioning to a gentle Yang flow, building subtle heat to heal and nurture the releases cultivated during our Yin series. We will conclude with a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation to leave you feeling rejuvenated, contemplative, and ready to catch some chasmic Zzzs. Facilitated by Mahalia Xiaoqi (she/her).

This panel will be moderated by Cat Runner (he/him), Flash Foxy Mini Fest Coordinator and Red River Gorge “local.”
