Jo Dominguez is a marathoner, trail runner, hiker, walker, and feels most alive while on trails, surrounded by nature. Although she is a relative newcomer to running, she has most recently summited Mt. Whitney and completed her first ultramarathon, the Avalon Benefit 50 Mile/50K Run, the oldest Ultra Trail Run in California. She thrives on setting and surpassing personal goals, all the while promoting Adidas’ motto that every pace has its place by encouraging newcomers to the sport. Jo has completed 4 marathons and auctioned off her beloved dog, Poppy, in order to run the Boston Marathon. Just kidding! Poppy is safe. Jo has been an Adidas Runners Los Angeles Crew Runner since 2021.

Nikki is an artist, writer, photographer, guidebook author, runner, and climber based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nikki’s outdoor photography has been featured in many outdoor publications and is a National Geographic Adventure photo contributor. Nikki is also an athlete representing Brooks Running, REI, Mountain Hardwear, Scarpa, Grivel, and more. Now, much of her work is focused on trying to build a more inclusive, diverse, and safe community within the outdoors. She is an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and serves as a Board Member for the Access Fund and the University of Utah Transgender Health Program.

Raquel is a transcultural adoptee from Chile who is passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels at home. She is the CEO/Founder of Backcountry Pulse, a wilderness medicine education company dedicated to breaking barriers to education and increasing representation in the field of wilderness medicine. Raquel is a proud single momma to 9-year old twin daughters, a critical care nurse, wilderness paramedic, and climbing instructor. She swoons over triple digit solo runs and heart tug places that make her feel like a spec in the presence of big landscapes.

Shelby Farrell or @shelbzzf on The Gram is best known for her recent victory at The Speed Project Solo-- a 290-mile run from the Santa Monica Pier to Las Vegas, setting a new female course record by more than 25 hours. She's the holder of numerous FKTs, and had two back to back weekend wins this May at the Malibu Creek Sunset 22k and Mt. Wilson Trail Race. Shelby was not always a runner-- a sucker for a good turkey trot, she felt being able to run three miles was a fair test of fitness. After college, with a new found focus on her personal health and wellness she trained for her first marathon-- the Vermont City Marathon-- in 2013. Finishing sub four hours, stronger than expected, she became hooked on running, setting big goals, and chipping away at them day after day.

Kat is a trail runner and coach based out of North Vancouver, Canada. She grew up running casually but her focus was primarily on dance. It wasn't until she moved to Vancouver in 2009 and found an incredible community of runners that sparked her love for the trails. Her focus is on ultra-distances (50k-100mile), but she is truly happy anytime she is running through the forest or mountains soaking up nature. Kat has found that coaching has been a way to not only help others grow and challenge themselves through running but has also loved being able to maintain a connection with people through a collective passion (which has been especially important these past couple of years).

Annie is a trail runner, climber, and general mountain athlete from Boulder, CO. Her favorite trails involve lots of vert and steep, technical downhills. She also has experience volunteering as a backcountry ski patroller. After a nearly tragic climbing accident in 2020, Annie has become passionate about mindset and preparedness in the backcountry and loves to share these topics with others.

Jess is a seasoned nomad up and down the Eastern Sierra, spending the last decade planning trails to summits from Lone Pine to Bridgeport, starting with the California 14nrs in order. She eventually became fond of the more obscure and “hard to get to” peaks beyond the obvious trails and passes. Trail Running is how she fell in love with distance days, which eventually led her to the love of mountaineering, alpine climbing and expeditions on up to 20,000ft glaciated mountains in South America and Canada.

Tori is co-owner of Shift Physical Therapy and Performance in Bishop, CA, a clinic that specializes in treatment and training for mountain athletes. She has been a PT for 5 years and has taken extensive continuing education courses to become a certified specialist in running mechanics, rehabilitation and training throughout this time. Tori is an athlete herself, and she enjoys racing and running 50k to 50 mile distances. A personal passion for running has fueled her pursuit of running injury prevention and rehabilitation to best assist runners of all abilities in meeting their goals. Tori loves helping others run more efficiently and with less pain. She is thrilled to share these insights, skills and drills with others, so that all of us who love trails can stay healthy.

Dre Co-owns a women-led business, Shift Physical Therapy & Performance in Bishop, CA. She is a physical therapist who has enjoyed working with runners over her career, and had the opportunity to work with recreational and professional trail runners at the Chamonix Mountain Running Festival as well as the UTMB race in 2018, 2019, and upcoming in 2022 alongside leader in the running mechanics field, Chloe Lanthier. She enjoys working in rehab, prevention, and teaching clinics or in-services in the community on topics such as proper body mechanics, proper training techniques and injury prevention.

Jess is originally from the East Coast where she started her running career at Boston College. Soon work and life brought her to the Pacific Northwest where she stepped off the road and dove deep into trail running, climbing, surfing, and skiing. Currently in Santa Barbara, CA Jess is now the Product Manager for the Trail Running and Hike categories at Patagonia, allowing her to bring her passion for running and the environment together. Jess is also on the Board President of Runners for Public Lands, which has allowed her to bridge the gap even further while connecting to a much larger community of runners throughout the region and nation.

With 20 years of running and competing around the world under her belt, Krissy Moehl is a top female ultramarathon runner. A seasoned ultra runner with over 100 ultras and numerous FKTs to her name, Krissy is the author of "Running Your First Ultra", a guide filled with training plans, advice, and stories. Krissy has been the race director of Chuckanut 50k for the past 20 years.

Lillian is an avid climber, burgeoning surfer, and all-around nature lover. Hailing from New York City, she has expertise in clothing engineering and tailoring from high fashion runway pieces, petite and plus sizing, to Rockettes headwear and stop motion puppets. Currently focused on performance knits and key trail silhouettes, she loves to muse over the intersection of garment performance and body inclusivity, as well as the growing connection between urban and natural spaces.

Helena is an all-around sports lover. Anything from Climbing, trail running, snowboarding to pickle ball. If you need someone to join your adventure or team, she's got you covered. Currently designing at Patagonia, focusing mainly on performance knits, she loves talking product and how people express themselves through the clothes they wear.

I grew up in humid, stuffy Hong Kong, was on swim team for eight years (mostly against my will!), and didn't discover trail running until 2014 when I was trying to get in better shape for climbing approaches. Soon trail running became its whole own sport for me, and I discovered the bliss of long days out traversing mountains and valleys. And while racing is not really my jam, they have been an excuse to visit Norway, Scotland, and much of the western US. When not running, I'm often found climbing - my other love - and working on increasing opportunities for underrepresented folks in the climbing world.

Jolie Varela (she/her) is a citizen of the Tule River Yokuts and Nüümü(Paiute)Nations. She currently resides in her maternal homelands of Payahuunadü also known as the Owens Valley. She grew up on the Bishop Indian reservation fishing and swimming the creeks with her cousins. In 2017 she founded Indigenous Women Hike. Indigenous Women Hike aims to regenerate the relationship between the land and its original people, while consequently decolonizing the history of Indigenous territories. Jolie is a land defender and a water protector.
